5. SUPPORT OF LOCAL CABLE USAGE
5.1. Educational and Governmental ("EG") Access Operation Costs.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984 and future
applicable law, Grantor shall have the right to determine from time
to time the funding level it desires to make available for EG access operating
costs, and the appropriate entity to manage EG access operations.
In short the "P" is left out of PEG with no provision for Public Access- only
Educational or Governmental
at the whim of the City Fathers.
